This notice applies to information submitted through the inquiry and requirement forms on ydtele.com. Effective August 23, 2026.
Information we collect
Your name, company, work email, optional phone or WeChat, inquiry details, selected product and limited technical information used to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use the information only to review your request, reply, prepare an engineering assessment, maintain follow-up records and protect the form from misuse.
How it is handled
Submissions are stored in our Cloudflare-hosted inquiry database and sent as a notification to the designated company mailbox. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse. Cookie-free aggregate events measure site and inquiry performance without storing form content.
Retention
Ordinary inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymized unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer retention.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent through the protected email option in the website contact section.
